PandaLive Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the team behind pandalive.chat. By opening PandaLive, as a guest or with an account, you accept them. If any part of these terms doesn’t work for you, the answer is to stop using the site. Questions are welcome at [email protected].

1. Who can use PandaLive

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to accept these terms. You also need to be allowed to use a service like this under the laws that apply to you. One person, one account: please do not share yours or use someone else’s.

2. What the service is

PandaLive runs in a web browser. You can be matched at random with another person by video, voice or text, browse who is online, scroll the video feed, watch people who are live in the Live tab, follow people, send messages and start a 1-on-1 call from a profile or from a live room. Viewers have no way to start a stream of their own.

We keep improving the site, so features can change, move or be removed. We aim to keep PandaLive available, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors.

3. Guests and accounts

You can start as a guest without filling anything in. If you later create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has got in.

4. Coins, gifts and VIP

  • New users get some free matches, and rewards pop up while you’re on the site from time to time. After that, matching and calls use coins, charged by how long the call lasts once the free part of a match has ended. The app shows a notice before charging starts.
  • Gifts in live rooms and in chats are bought with coins. Each gift shows its coin price before you send it.
  • Coins and VIP are bought through third-party payment providers, whose own terms also apply to the payment.
  • Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Prices and what VIP includes can change; the price shown when you buy is the one that applies.
  • If a top-up does not show up or something looks wrong, write to support with your payment reference and we will look into it.

5. What is not allowed

Whether you are in a 1-on-1 call, a text chat or a live room, do not post, show or send:

  • Nudity or sexual content on calls, in messages or in live rooms.
  • Anything involving a minor, in any form. Anything of that kind is passed to the authorities.
  • Bullying, threats, hate speech or any other harassment.
  • Spam, advertising, scams, requests for money or attempts to move people to other apps for payment.
  • Other people’s personal information, or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Impersonation of another person or of PandaLive.
  • Use of bots, scripts or automated tools, or attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the site.

6. Reports, blocks and enforcement

You can block people you do not want to hear from and report people who break these rules from their profile or from a live room. Reports go to the PandaLive team. Depending on what happened, we may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account, remove content or cut off access, with or without notice, and we may keep coins from being used on an account closed for serious abuse.

7. Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store, display and transmit it so the service can work, for example to show your profile photo in the online list or to deliver your messages. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.

8. Meeting people online

The people you meet on PandaLive are other users, and we cannot vouch for what they say or do. Be careful with personal details and money, and read the safety tips before you start. Anyone on a call could capture their screen, so do not show anything you would not want kept.

9. Live rooms and the people on stream

The people you watch in the Live tab stream on their own schedule; a room can close at any time. Room chat is public to everyone watching, so treat it like speaking in front of a crowd. Gifts you send in a room are final once delivered, and asking the person on stream for gifts in return for anything off the site is not allowed.

Starting a 1-on-1 from a room with the Start Video Chat button works like any other call: the other person can decline, and once charging applies the call uses coins by duration.

10. Using PandaLive from your home screen

If you add PandaLive to your home screen, the icon opens the same website in an app-style window. These terms apply in exactly the same way, and your browser’s own settings and permissions, such as camera and microphone access, still control what the site can use.

11. Disclaimers and liability

PandaLive comes as it is, without promises beyond the ones written here. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what other users do, or for interruptions outside our control. Consumer rights that the law says cannot be taken away are not affected by anything in these terms.

12. Ending and changes

You can stop using PandaLive whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
