PandaLive Privacy Policy
PandaLive lets you watch people live and talk 1-on-1 by video, voice or text in your browser. To make that work we have to process some information about you. Below you will find what we collect, why, who helps us run the service and what you can ask us to do. Questions go to [email protected].

PandaLive is operated by the team behind pandalive.chat. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that team, and “you” means anyone who opens the site, whether you came in as a guest, made an account, or launched PandaLive from an icon on your home screen.
The policy applies from your first visit. A guest session is created as soon as the site loads, because matching, the video feed and live rooms all need to know which device is asking.
Like most websites, PandaLive keeps technical logs. These include your IP address and the rough location it suggests, browser and device type, screen size, language settings, the pages and screens you open, when you start and end a match, and error reports when something breaks.
Calls run in real time through streaming infrastructure that needs your IP address and connection details to route audio and video between two devices. We use these logs to keep the service working, to spot abuse and to understand which features people actually use.
We store small pieces of data in your browser through cookies and local storage. They keep your guest session alive between visits, remember choices such as your language, and note things like whether you have already seen a tip or closed a banner.
If you clear site data in your browser, your guest session ends and PandaLive treats you as a new visitor. Blocking storage entirely will stop matching and live rooms from working properly.
When a text message is in another language, you can tap to translate it, and after that first time later messages may be translated for you automatically. To do this, the text of those messages is sent to a translation service that processes it on our behalf and returns the translated line. Only message text is sent for translation, not your camera or microphone feed.
Your personal information is not sold to anyone. We share it only with companies that help us run PandaLive, such as hosting and streaming providers, payment providers, the translation service and analytics tools, and only to the extent each one needs to do its job.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe it is needed to protect someone’s safety or to respond to a serious breach of our rules.
Your display name, profile photo and anything you put on your profile can be seen by other users. Messages in a live room are visible to everyone in that room. In a 1-on-1 call the other person sees and hears whatever your camera and microphone pick up, and anyone could capture their own screen, so think before you show something you would not want kept.
We keep information for as long as your session or account is active and for as long as we need it afterwards to deal with reports, payment records, legal duties and disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
You can change or remove profile details yourself at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account and related information, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account if you have one, or include your user ID shown in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you can raise a complaint with your data protection authority.
To use PandaLive you must be at least 18, or older if the age of majority where you live is higher than that. Information from anyone under that age is not something we knowingly collect. If you believe a minor is using the site, tell us at [email protected] and we will act on it.
When the way we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves forward. For bigger changes we will also tell you on the site before they take effect.
