PandaLive Policy overview
If this summary and the full Privacy Policy or Terms of Service ever disagree, the full documents win. This page sums them up in plain words so you know the main points before your first match or live room. Anything unclear, ask at [email protected].

PandaLive keeps a guest identifier for your session, whatever you add to your profile, your messages, follows and blocks, what you write and send in live rooms, records of coin purchases and the usual technical logs such as IP address, device and pages visited. Text messages may be sent to a translation service when auto-translate is used. Card details stay with the payment provider. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data by email. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
A random match starts with a countdown that covers the free part. Shortly before it runs out, a message in the call tells you that charging is about to begin. If you stay on after that, the call uses coins according to how long it lasts. If your balance gets low, the app offers a top-up; if it runs out, the call ends. You can leave a call or skip to the next person at any point the buttons allow.
In the Live tab you watch people who are streaming, write in the room chat, send gifts and can start a 1-on-1 with the person on stream using the Start Video Chat button. Room messages are public to everyone watching. You cannot broadcast yourself. Each room shows its own rules banner; they sit on top of the rules below.
New users get free matches, and rewards pop up while you’re on the site now and then. Beyond that, coins and an optional VIP membership are bought through payment providers. Gift prices are shown in coins before you send. Coins cannot be cashed out or moved to another account. If a purchase goes wrong, email support with the payment reference.
The following are not allowed anywhere on PandaLive:
You do not need your real name, a phone number or a card to start. A guest session is enough to match, browse who is online and watch the Live tab. If you buy coins, the payment provider handles your card or wallet details and we only receive a confirmation and a reference. We will never ask for your password by email, and nobody from PandaLive will message you asking for money.
PandaLive only uses your camera and microphone after your browser asks and you allow it, and only during a match or a call. Choosing the Audio or Text mode on the match screen means your camera is not used for that match. You can withdraw the permission in your browser settings at any time. Remember that the person on the other side can capture their own screen, so keep personal things out of view.
Text messages are stored so they show up in your conversations list and can be delivered when the other person comes back. When you tap translate on a message, its text goes to a translation service and the bubble then shows the translated version; tapping again brings the original back. Blocking someone stops them from messaging you.
Your browser keeps a few cookies and local-storage entries for PandaLive so your guest session, language and small preferences survive between visits. Clearing site data signs you out as a guest and starts a fresh session. Pinning PandaLive to your home screen only adds a shortcut that opens the same site; it does not give us any extra access to your phone.
Leave the call, block the person and report them from their profile or the live room. Reports go to the PandaLive team, which can warn, restrict, suspend or close accounts. For anything else, including payment problems and data requests, write to [email protected]. Our safety tips cover what to do in more detail.
When we update a policy, we change the date on that page. Bigger changes will also be announced on the site. This overview is updated at the same time as the full documents.
